Check in is from 14:00h, if there is availability we will offer check in prior to this time without charge, but only if there is availability.

Check out is until 11:00h maximum. If you need a 'late check out' it will be under availability. We are sorry but until the same day we cannot assure that the late check out can be done (it depends on the time that the next guests arrive).

1 .- DETAILS

Verify that the data you send in your form are correct, taking special attention to your e-mail.

2 .- CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION. 
The reservation will be immediately confirmed. Be sure to check your mailbox where you receive your confirmation, or print the booking voucher which will appear on your screen once the process correctly. The voucher and mail will be sent, together with the main data of the reserve in orther to identifies your reservation. 

3 .- RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT. 

If there is availability for your request, indicate the total value of the reservation, including national taxes, clearly specifying that payment should be made effective upon arrival at the facility. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival and is separate from the total amount of the reservation. 


4 .- CANCELLATION POLICY. 

If canceled or modified up to 3 days before arrival no charge will be made. If canceled or modify past 3 days before arrival, one night will be charged. If no show the total amout of the booking will be charged.
